Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed online by adding the items you like to your jewellery box. Once you've filled your jewellery box with lots of pretty, shiny things, proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase. We accept PayPal and card payments.
Orders require between 7-10 working days for manufacture unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping & Returns
FREE SHIPPING with Royal Mail 1st Class, for all UK orders. Special Delivery is available for more urgent orders, but please let us know if your order is urgent. We will always try to accommodate your request. Please note all my jewellery is handmade to order, and therefore requires 7-10 business days for manufacture unless otherwise arranged.
At Anne-Michelle, we will always strive to offer you the best possible service and quality hand-crafted jewellery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase to discuss a replacement.
