Orders can be placed online by adding the items you like to your jewellery box. Once you've filled your jewellery box with lots of pretty, shiny things, proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions to complete your order. 

Orders require between 10 and 12 working days for manufacture, unless otherwise agreed.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We offer two flat rate shipping options for both the UK and the rest of the world, with a trusted signed-for-delivery service.  At Anne-Michelle, we will always strive to offer you the best possible service and quality hand-crafted jewels. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding your refund. Please contact us If you have any questions regarding returns and refunds.

Free UK shipping for purchases over £50 and free worldwide shipping for purchases over £150.
