Production & Shipping

At Anne-Michelle Jewellery, we specialise in bespoke engagement and wedding rings, alongside a curated selection of fine jewellery. Our pieces are designed in-house and created with the support of our trusted manufacturing partners in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter. Please read the information below before placing your order. 

Production Times

Bespoke engagement & wedding rings

Our bespoke pieces are created to your individual design and specifications.

  • Production time: 6–9 weeks

  • This timeframe begins once the quote is approved, the design is approved, and payment has been received.

If you are working to a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm whether it is achievable.

Ready-to-order jewellery & engagement rings

Our ready-to-order fine jewellery and engagement ring designs are made to order in requested sizes and specifications.

  • Production time: 3–5 weeks

If a piece is available sooner, this will be stated on the product page.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery for security and peace of mind.

Standard UK delivery

  • Fully tracked and insured

  • Next working day delivery after dispatch

  • Signature required on delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

  • Orders are sent using a tracked and insured courier service

  • Delivery times vary by country

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

Please contact us before ordering if you would like a shipping quote or delivery estimate.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable in their destination country.

Ownership of goods passes to the customer upon full payment and successful delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

As many of our pieces are made to order, our returns policy varies depending on the type of item purchased.

Engagement & wedding rings

We do not accept returns or exchanges on bespoke, made-to-order, or custom sized ready-to-order engagement and wedding rings, unless a manufacturing fault is identified. These pieces are created specifically for each customer and are therefore non-returnable.

Stock items

Exchanges are available on in-stock, non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn

  • It must be in original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Bespoke & personalised Jewellery

Bespoke, made-to-order, personalised, engraved, resized or custom-designed pieces are created specifically to your requirements and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

Once designs have been agreed and renders approved, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.

Due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery, slight variations in finish, stone appearance or dimensions may occur and form part of the unique character of each piece.

If your bespoke item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate under UK consumer law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately with your order details and photographs where possible.

Items damaged through accidental wear, misuse, neglect, improper storage or third-party repairs are not considered manufacturing faults.

Nothing within these terms excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • Or a refund
